Simple Mirror Wills	£475.00
Complex Wills	£300.00 per hour

Your price will be agreed before any work is commenced so you always know what you will be charged.

lpa Lasting Power of Attorney

A Lasting Power of Attorney or (LPA) is a way of giving someone you trust the legal authority to make decisions on your behalf if you lose mental capacity to do so in the future, or if you are no longer in a position to manage your affairs due to accident or illness.

LPA prices start from £540.00 including VAT and HMCTS application fees. However Wayman & Long have packages available if you are purchasing more than one and/or combining with a Will.

Professional Attorneys

Wayman & Long have Partners that are happy to be an Attorney for clients. This may be useful for clients that do not have anyone available to assist them. There is no charge for appointing a partner of the firm as your attorney. However we will charge when and if we have a matter to attend to on your behalf or have been informed that you have lost mental capacity. Charges would be our hourly rate currently £250.00 plus VAT per hour.

Home or care home visits

Our private client team can make local home visits free of charge. If you require a home visit that is not local then a charge could be added to your quote. Wayman & Long will confirm all charges before commencing any work. We can not provide a fixed price for this service due to differing locations.However our average charge has been £150.00 plus VAT.
